Traveller from Jersey stayed in August,2007

Guest Comment:
The lounge could only be used by guests who had paid for a superior room therefore there was nowhere to relax within the hotel for a quiet pre dinner drink. The hotel was too warm and our room was near to the kitchen flue which was noisey and therefore we could not open the window due to the noise and smells eminating from the flue. If we had been staying longer we would have asked to be moved to another room. The reception staff were excellent
