Traveller from Ripley stayed in September,2009

The only downside and complaint that I have is that I made a call from my room to reception on two occasions between the hours of 4am and 5.30am and no one answered the phone (this was to ask someone to attend the 8th floor to assist with noise and disturbance on the landing outside my room - party revellers from the MOBO award night I assume!) My only worry was that I could have been calling for assistance in an emergency. Other than that the hotel was a superb choice, great location/views and excellent bar and dining.

Top Tip:
Quite central to the city and great if you are attending the SECC. The veiw from my room was splendid overlooking the river.
