Staff very helpful... Staff were attentive... Service at breakfast was poor and uncaring... Excellent service... Gave us a room with one bed but appologised and sorted us out with a 2 bed right away... serivce also slow... very friendly staff... Very helpful and friendly staff ... Staff were very friendly and helpful... very friendly staff - nothing too much trouble... after complaining nothing was done about this... Very unhelpful!!... Just had one small problem with staff in the restaurant ... Really friendly people ... friendly... We were told that the arrival check-in time was 2pm but the room wasnt ready until 4pm. ...
