This mid-budget hotel is a good choice for guests who are looking for a quiet base within walking distance of the city centre. Staff members at this hotel have a very good reputation for their helpfulness and efficiency. Parking spaces can be a problem as there are a limited number, but overall this a solid 3-star property in a good location. ***Please note from 1st January 2010 this hotel will be non-smoking.***

The triple rooms consist of a double bed and an extra bed/sofabed.

very clean... A bit noisy if facing onto main road... Fairly quiet location but some traffic noise... Room location was not good - awake all night from traffic noise from street below ... We had a room with great views of the clyde & beyond.... The window in the room did not insulate you from the noise in the front street ... Our keys didn't work later that evening ... key card for room door did not work about six times... Rooms are pretty basic and small... A nightmare when 2 adults and a child are trying to get dressed etc... Beds are not comfy ... warm comfortable room ... Rooms fine... Bit noisy though.... Windows didn't block out sound of pub opposite and traffic.... Hotel room was clean ...
