Very good value. Close to bus stops for the city tour bus. Handy for Kelvingrove, Hunterian, university & Kelvin park.Short bus or taxi ride in to town centre (approx. £5)
Top Tip
Good food in the hotel's restaurant. Lots of eateries & bars around the university - variety of prices. We ate at the Bothy; lovely decor & an interesting menu.

Bedroom was obviously a single with an extra bed - not the double we had booked. not pleasant.
Breakfast was good - hot and plentiful. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Reasonable value for money. Convenient for SECC and not too far from City Centre.
Top Tip
Had to walk quite far to find restaurants other than Indian

Comment
One room with a sloping roof was rather small. The bathroom fan was also very noisy. The hotel has 5 parking spaces at the back, but they have on-street tickets for 2GBP 8am-noon, and noon-4pm.
Top Tip
Mother India Restaurant just along the street ws fatastic food and a very good staff and vibe. Highly recmmended.
The guided walking tour with Dougie Baird was also good.
